I started as a software developer and founded two tech companies. Since then I have led several complete SAFe transformations, the largest in banking and manufacturing, and set up agile, Scrum and SAFe practices at every level: within teams, across external partners and in the portfolio. I also teach SAFe as a certified trainer. Today I help enterprises adapt their operating model to teams that work with AI.
