This page explains what happens to your data on agileglasses.com. The site is run by one person, so “I” below means me, Alexandru Negrilă.
1. Who is responsible
Alexandru Negrilă, Agile Glasses, Vienna, Austria. For anything about your data, write to the address at the end of this page.
2. Visiting the site
- Hosting: the site runs on Vercel. To deliver pages and keep the service secure, Vercel’s servers handle your IP address, the page you ask for, the time and your browser type, and keep these logs for a short time.
- Statistics: Vercel Web Analytics counts visits and pages without cookies and without identifying you.
- Light or dark mode: your choice is stored in your own browser and never sent to me.
- Documents I share with you: when you open a private link (agileglasses.com/s/…), the time, your IP address and your browser type are stored with that link, so I can see whether the document arrived. Each link keeps its last 50 visits.
- The site sets no cookies and shows no ads.
3. When you send me something
Each form collects only what it needs:
- Contact form: name, email, company (optional), topic and message. They reach me by email so I can answer.
- Booking a call: name, email and the time you pick. The meeting goes into my Microsoft 365 calendar with a Teams link, we both get a confirmation email, and the booking is stored to prevent double bookings.
- Newsletter: your email address, stored in my subscriber list and at Resend, which sends the newsletter. Every email has an unsubscribe link; unsubscribing takes you off the list.
- Enterprise Transformation Starter Kit: name, email, company and your answers, to email you personal download links and count the downloads. The newsletter is optional: you get it only if you tick its box, and you can leave at any time.
- Article bonus: your email, your optional question and your newsletter choice. You get one email with a personal link that works for 12 months, then the link and its record are deleted. I get a notification so I can answer your question personally. You only get the newsletter if you tick its own box.
- Spam protection: the forms contain a hidden field that only bots fill in. Rejected contact-form messages are logged with the email, name and IP address so I can spot abuse. Bonus requests are limited per network for one hour; the IP address is kept only as a one-way hash for that hour.
4. Legal bases
- Answering your message, booking your call and sending what you asked for: steps you requested (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Newsletter: your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time with the unsubscribe link.
- Security, spam protection and visit statistics: my legitimate interest in a safe, working site (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Visits to documents I share: my legitimate interest in knowing that a document reached the person I sent it to (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
5. Who helps me
I don’t sell your data or share it for advertising. These providers process it on my behalf:
- Vercel Inc.: hosting and visit statistics
- Upstash, Inc.: the database for subscribers, bookings and personal links (Upstash Redis in Frankfurt, connected through Vercel)
- Resend: sending emails and keeping the newsletter list
- Microsoft: calendar and Teams for booked calls
Some of them are US companies. Where data leaves the EU, the transfer relies on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the EU standard contractual clauses.
6. How long I keep it
- Messages and booking emails: in my mailbox for as long as we work together, then as business records.
- Newsletter and Starter Kit: until you unsubscribe or ask me to delete them.
- Article bonus links: 12 months.
- Visits to shared documents: with the link, until I delete it.
- Server logs: for a short time, as set by Vercel.
7. Your rights
You can ask me for a copy of your data, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict or object to its use, and to receive it in a portable format. You can withdraw your consent at any time. If you think I handle your data wrongly, you can complain to the Austrian Data Protection Authority (Datenschutzbehörde, dsb.gv.at).
8. Changes
When what the site collects changes, this page changes with it. The date at the top shows the last update.
